1. Educational service
THEKINGSkid and Opening Price Theory (OPT) provide educational material, market-analysis frameworks, and learning sessions. They do not provide guaranteed profits, investment management, or individualized financial advice.
2. Enrollment and access
Enrollment starts after the payment provider confirms the required payment. Please provide accurate contact details so we can send onboarding instructions. The 2-month OPT Mentorship includes access to its lessons, sessions, and student community during the two-month program. The Lifetime 1-on-1 Mentorship includes the ongoing guidance described on the enrollment page. Access is personal to the enrolled student and may not be shared or transferred.
Access details are sent to the email or Telegram contact supplied during enrollment, normally within one business day after confirmed payment. Contact support if you do not receive them.
3. Payments and no-refund policy
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, including for change of mind, unused access, missed sessions, or a decision to stop participating after enrollment. Review the program, price, and payment plan before checkout. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible once confirmed. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
For the 2-month mentorship, the installment option is $100 as the first payment and $99 as the second payment. The remaining installment remains due under the selected plan even if you stop participating, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Conduct and access
Students must respect other members and follow reasonable community rules. We may suspend or remove access for fraud, harassment, serious misconduct, unauthorized sharing, or redistribution of paid materials.
5. Trading risk
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk. Examples, past performance, and student results do not guarantee future outcomes. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and risk management. See the Risk Disclaimer.
